RETURN POLICY

Returns and Adjustments: All returns require prior approval through the Daystar Products Return Goods Authorization (RGA) policy. Only current stock products or stock products discontinued within the past 12 months are eligible for consideration. Custom built and non-stock items are not returnable. Returns made without an RGA will not be accepted. Authorized returns will be subject to a 15% handling fee. A repackaging fee may also be applied if deemed necessary by Daystar Products to restore the packaging of the item to salable condition. The handling fee will be waived on items returned for warranty consideration that Daystar Products deems covered by our Limited Warranty.
